Most of us spend a majority of our time jumping from slippery stone to slippery stone over the raging river of black and white. In a polarized world it can be hard to find center. I like to think that sometimes we are able to get a glimpse through the tiny sliver between extremes. The grey is usually where the most honesty is.

That's what this book is about; a peek into the grey. It's a valiant attempt to see within things like love and depression, insomnia and joy, anxiety and loss. ​
