Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns, unless it is a mistake on our part, or if the item is an original work of art that was accidentally sent to you. If this is the case, WE will pay for shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are offered only in the event we made a mistake OR if your order needs to be corrected, say, if you accidentally ordered the wrong size or amount of something. In which case we will void your order and automatically refund you within 2-3 days. Atrament Studios will also refund you if your item is no longer available from our outside manufacturing/fulfillment company, Printful, Inc.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us here.

Shipping

Our products are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday using United States Postal Service (USPS) if it is fulfilled by Atrament Studios, LLC. Some of our products (like shirts and some open edition prints) are manufactured and fulfilled by Printful, Inc. Shipping times will vary by location and by availability. If there are considerable delays in a product not manufactured by Atrament Studios, LLC, you will be informed as soon as we know.
